On Monday, Tianna Mañón hosted a unique version of Clarity that Converts, a digital workshop aimed at empowering PR coaches, speakers, and visionaries together with the International Black Coaches Alliance (IBCA). The workshop functionally served to help maximize communication skills to not just increase visibility, but to make use of that visibility and convert into real revenue and opportunities.

The meeting was well-attended by leaders, coaches, and business owners of all experience levels, covering concepts both fundamental and strategically nuanced. Whether attendees were just beginning their journey as coaches or well-versed in digital marketing, the talks and workshops supported all.

“Clarity is what transforms visibility into real results,” says Mañón. “When your message is consistent and sustainable, it doesn’t just reach people—it resonates with them. That’s what keeps opportunities flowing in without draining your energy. Without this clarity, you're building on shaky ground."

Attendees learned useful tips that maximizes impact through sustainable changes, including;

  • Avoiding industry jargon in favor of accessible, attractive and actionable

  • Pursuing a portfolio-based approach to social media rather than chasing trends to build authentic credibility and trust

  • Expanding their teams, hiring freelancers, utilizing AI or common web services, including Answer the Public, to deliver the exact content their audience is seeking

  • Audit all website/social content to ensure it focuses on client benefits, not just services offered

This workshop contributed to the mission of the International Black Coaches Alliance to make professional development opportunities accessible to businesses by providing resources to attendees for their use. Mañón herself made a point to give personalized help to attendees, and has made herself available as a resource for future support.

Stay tuned as IBCA announces a second session featuring Mañón in October.
