New Rochester City Council Member Stanley Martin knows what needs to be done.
In fact, she’s been working for several years on many of the major issues facing the area already, including police accountability, housing and criminal justice. However, her win Tuesday night to the Rochester City Council means she can actually do the work of passing legislation- not just advocating for laws she knows the community needs.
