National Black Authors Day is around the corner and creator CaTyra Polland appeared on WXXI's Connections to discuss the important event.
She was joined by organizers of “From the Margins to the Center," an upcoming conference at Writers & Books in Rochester, which comes just days before the second annual National Black Authors Day.
